This role is based across four modern business centres in Central London, including Old Street, Victoria, Moorgate, and Paddington. You'll be a vital member of an experienced and collaborative onsite team. You'll play a key role in maintaining consistently high standards of safety, appearance, and functionality across all sites.

Responsibilities

* Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including painting and decorating, flooring installation, furniture assembly and repair, door and lock maintenance, basic electrical and plumbing work, and HVAC troubleshooting.

* Conduct inspections and weekly maintenance patrols, including monthly emergency lighting tests with detailed record-keeping.

* Act as the first point of contact for onsite maintenance issues, ensuring prompt resolution.

* Complete maintenance tasks using management software to prioritise and track progress.

* Support internal projects and refurbishments, as well as tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring spaces meet expectations.

* Drive between centres to deliver tools, equipment, and provide additional support as required.

* Consistently follow health, safety, and operational procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

* Full UK Driving License

* Experience in general maintenance, handyman, or building services roles

* Comfortable working independently and managing priorities

* Technically minded with the ability to identify faults and recommend solutions

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Physically capable of lifting heavy items, working at height, and using ladders

Package & Benefits

* Salary: £30,000 - £31,000 per annum
