Working as part of a dedicated team, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to take on their first / second office based customer service role. The main focus of the role is to address to day to day requirements of their customers, including:

Helping customers get the most out of our software and guiding them through and queries they may have.
Providing high-level customer support via telephone and email.
Onboarding new customers to the software.
Analysing customer needs and helping to plan the product's future.
Collaborating with other departments in the company where necessary.
Contributing directly to our user guide and support articles.You will need to be able to demonstrate an aptitude for learning new technology, with great customer service skills alongside:

English fluency, written and oral.
High standard of computer literacy.
Excellent customer manner.
The ability to think logically and pragmatically.
Self-motivated and ability to work independently when required.
High competence in numeracy & writing.
Competency in composing easy-to-follow instructions.The is based in a rural location, so you will need to be able to drive.

The role is being offered on a hybrid basis of 2-3 days in the office.
