Shift Pattern - Nights, 4 on 4 off 6pm to 6am

Are you a seasoned Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer within the FMCG space? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you! We are currently seeking an individual maintenance skills to join a renowned FMCG company near Sittingbourne, Kent. This is a 60/40 Mechanical bias role, where you will be supported by additional maintenance engineers in the team.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently repair various production machinery using both reactive and preventative maintenance techniques, on food packing machinery
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the production team to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and provide reports as needed.Requirements:

Previous experience in the FMCG sector.
Experience within a similar role such as (maintenance engineer, engineering technician, engineering technician, shift engineer, or a fitter)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Benefits:
