Hours of work, Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: £15.50 – £17.50 (experience dependent)
- Company pension scheme
- Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance
- 22 days’ annual leave + 8 bank holidays
- Increasing by 1 day per year of service (up to 26 days + bank holidays)
- S.S.P provided in line with legislative guidelines

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Breaks:
- Two 15-minute breaks daily (Mon–Thu)
- One 30-minute lunch break (Mon–Thu)
- One 30-minute break on Friday
Total paid hours: 36.5 per week
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling goods inwards: unloading, stock allocation, and stock control
- Assembly and packing of components to consistent quality standards
- Preparing and processing goods for dispatch
- Generating and managing goods-out documentation
- Loading outgoing products onto transport
- Operating counterbalance forklifts for stock handling - Must have experience
- Completing operational process-control documentation and computer-based tasks
- Collaborating with colleagues to align on workload priorities and timelines

- Strong punctuality and trustworthiness
