SJ Sourcing are currently partnered with a Medical Device company who are one of the industry leading companies in the Diabetes medical device space. Looking for a New Sales Representative/Business Development Manager to drive sales within their expanding team.

No prior Pharma/Medical Device sales experience needed, but a fantastic opportunity to get into this field! Relevant sales experience is also desirable!

We are supporting their search for an enthusiastic, organised, compassionate and motivated candidate with a keen interest in this space, who is eager to learn and develop within an outstanding organisation.

The position:

✅ Full time, Permanent

🌍 Territory: Cheshire & Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Lancashire & South Cumbria, Cumbria, Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent, Derby & Derbyshire, and the Isle of Man

💰 Base salary up to £46,000 + OTE £14,000 bonus + Car allowance (£10,500) + More benefits!

🏠 60/40 or 70/30 travelling

Core Job Responsibilities:

- Introducing their products to healthcare professionals and driving sales into primary and secondary care

- Virtually training patients and nurses on how to correctly use company products

- Build and maintain relationships in the assigned territory

Candidates will have:

- A degree!

- Engaging, motivated, confident, polite and strong personality with excellent communication skills
