Housing Tenancy Specialist - Hourly Rate: £24 - £28 (PAYE), £30.53 - £35.69 (LTD/UMB)

We are seeking a Housing Tenancy Specialist for an immediate start in an ongoing temporary position. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in housing and tenancy management, looking to contribute to a dynamic team.
Day-to-day of the role: - Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential properties.
- Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and housing regulations.
- Address and resolve tenant issues and enquiries promptly.
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Liaise with local authorities and other external agencies to ensure tenant welfare.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on tenancy status, maintenance, and other issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in housing and tenancy management.
- Strong understanding of housing laws and tenancy agreements.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using housing management software.
- You will be required to pass a basic DBS
