O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a fast-growing workplace fit-out specialist contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their central London office. With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for high-quality delivery in the commercial fit-out space, they are expanding their pre-construction team to support continued, sustainable growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and high-performing estimating department. The company has a strong track record in delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects, with values typically around £20m.

They are looking for someone with a solid background in commercial fit-out, who understands the fast-paced nature of the sector and can confidently take tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission.

The successful Estimator will have:
• Proven experience in commercial fit-out estimating (CAT A & B)
• 3 - 5+ years' experience within the sector (main contractor or specialist contractor background)
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with design, delivery and commercial teams
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of tender processes
• Strong numerical and communication skills
