Children’s Registered Manager – EBD Home (CM22)

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Registered Manager to lead a small, nurturing EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) children’s home in the CM22 area. What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the day-to-day running of a children’s residential home
Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted, Children’s Homes Regulations, and safeguarding standards
Developing a therapeutic, child-centred culture that promotes positive outcomes
Managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing staff team
Overseeing care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies
Building strong relationships with local authorities, professionals, and families
Driving continuous improvement and preparing the home for Ofsted inspections
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in an EBD setting
Strong understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and regulatory frameworks
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
A confident leader who can inspire, motivate, and maintain high standards
