The exciting opportunity to join a growing team of van drivers is recognised as being the face of the business. This role is far more varied than a typical van driving position, as you will not only be delivering orders but also interacting directly with customers, taking and recording orders during your visits.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing a reliable and professional service. This is business to business delivery role unlike tradiotional multi-drop roles. 

You will be responsible for ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently while representing the business in a positive and helpful manner during every customer interaction.

This position offers a great blend of driving and customer interaction, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy variety in their day-to-day work.

This Van Driver vacancy will provide the below responsibilities:

Deliver orders to customers in a professional and timely manner
Take and record customer orders for future deliveries
Load and unload delivery items safely
Report delivery updates or queries to Sales and Warehouse teams
Ensure consignment levels match agreements
Carry out daily vehicle safety checks
The ideal candidate for this Van Driver role will have:

Experience in delivery driving whether this is multi-drop or b2b deliveries
Aged 25 or over is essential due to insurance purposes
Full clean UK Driving License
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in taking, processing and managing orders
Physically fit and able to lift PPE boxes and equipment
Reliable, punctual and organised
