Elements Massage is a national franchise founded by a Massage Therapist with the fundamental belief that every client is unique. We custom tailor every massage experience to ensure that each and every massage meets our client’s unique needs and exceeds their expectation - every time, guaranteed.
This position is a front-line retail management position responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of the business. The Studio Manager coordinates the efforts of a 20-member, Sales and Therapist staff to ensure smooth, efficient and extreme quality service delivery.
The Studio Manager is accountable for meeting weekly, monthly and benchmark goals based on Key Performance indicators such as sales conversion, Net Promotor Score, Revenue per Session and Member Retention. We believe in clearly communicating company expectations/goals and the part every single team member plays in the studio’s success. This position is responsible for inspiring performance, fostering teamwork and ensuring all employees have the tools they need to be successful.

Teaching/Coaching - ability to clearly communicate objectives, deliver positive and negative feedback, determine/deliver appropriate training and reassess as necessary

Communication - ability to listen, consider and then respond to clients and staff
Requirements:
Two years retail sales management experience
Two plus years leading a team of 5+ employees
Availability to work days, evenings and weekends as necessary
Availability to work 45 - 50 hours per week
Spa experience highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree preferred
