Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Operator
Location: Heathrow Area (Heston, Bedfont, Hatton Cross, Hounslow, Stanwell)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
Shifts: 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights)
Pay Rate: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Transport: Excellent public transport links available
Availability: Full-time and Part-time positions available
Role Overview:We are currently seeking experienced and newly qualified Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join our team in the Heathrow area (including Heston, Bedfont, Hatton Cross, Hounslow, and Stanwell).
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a secure and fast-paced air cargo/warehouse environment, offering a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern with 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights), providing a strong work-life balance. Whether you're a seasoned forklift driver or newly certified, we welcome both full-time and part-time applicants.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload freight as required.
- Move stock within warehouse or air cargo environments.
- Adhere to all health & safety regulations.
- Comply with aviation security procedures at all times.
Requirements:- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in-date certificate required).
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days or nights).
- Must be able to obtain 5-year aviation security clearance.
- Clean criminal record.
- 5-year checkable work/education history.
- Level D Aviation Security Training required.
Level D Aviation Security Training:If you do not currently hold Level D certification, we can accommodate training as long as you meet the following requirements:
- Full 5-year checkable history.
- Clean criminal record.
- Safety boots and Hi-Viz gear.
- Government-issued photo ID.
- Proof of right to work in the UK.
