We're hiring for a Business Support Officer to join a national social care provider at their Hull office, supporting key functions like recruitment, compliance, and finance to help drive community impact.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment and wants to play a hands-on part in supporting vital services that make a difference in people's lives.

What will you be doing as a Business Support Officer?

* Coordinating recruitment tasks such as advertising, screening, and arranging interviews

* Providing administrative support across HR, finance, and quality assurance

* Processing invoices and supporting day-to-day finance operations

* Assisting with internal audits and compliance documentation

* Helping with community engagement activities and local events

* Supporting the wider team with general office duties and reporting

What do you need?

* Previous experience in recruitment and office administration

* Confident IT skills and the ability to use internal systems and software

* A proactive mindset and a willingness to attend training and external events

* A valid UK driving licence
