The roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take responsibility for our Visitor Experience team at RADA.

The Visitor Experience team are responsible for welcoming all RADA students, staff, audiences, customers and visitors. This includes the daily reception service and student and staff attendance across RADA, as well as theatre front of house and box office for performances and other events.

We are looking to hire an experienced Visitor Experience Supervisor to train our reception team to deliver outstanding customer service. They will need to build on and maintain a strong team across RADA’s multiple buildings.

The teamYou will be line managing the Visitor Experience Assistants and liaising with the Operations & Estates department staff as well as other members of the wider RADA staffing group to ensure that the standard of the work is of the highest and safest quality.

As an Operations Department supervisor, you may be asked to represent RADA externally and should keep abreast of developments within the relevant industry areas.

This role requires a committed, self-motivated person who works well in a team and can supervise diplomatically and confidently. It will require evening and weekend work.
