Our client is a well-established and growing construction company based in London, specialising in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. With a strong regional presence and an annual turnover exceeding £70 million, they are known for delivering high-quality work across a diverse range of projects including commercial, residential, and civil engineering schemes. Operating across London, and the Southeast, they are continuing to expand, driven by repeat business and long-standing client relationships.

About the Role
As part of their continued growth, our client is seeking a Estimator to join their commercial team at head office in London. This is a key role for someone who enjoys working closely with Directors and contributing strategically to a company's success.

The successful candidate will lead tender processes for projects typically ranging from £5m to £15m, ensuring accurate pricing and programme input.

About the Requirements

* 5+ years' experience as an Estimator within RC Frame and Groundworks

* Proven record of tendering and securing contracts within the sector

* Strong technical understanding of RC frame, groundwork, and civil engineering methods

* Ideally from a Quantity Surveying background

* Highly organised, commercially sharp, and capable of working autonomously

About the Benefits and Rewards
Salary range of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
