The Role:

Manage contracts, reporting, and project documentation

Coordinate design teams, contractors, and stakeholders

Oversee site inspections and procurement

Build strong client relationships

Work with cost managers to drive commercial success

What You'll Need:

Degree in a relevant field

MRICS (or working towards - support provided)

Proven PM experience in construction or real estate

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
