1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - Office 365/Active Directory/IT Support
Roc Search are currently recruiting for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join a highly successful team within an education trust based in Bradford. They are continuing to expand this year, so there is plenty of training and knowledge for you to obtain.
You would be providing 1st line support for the end users, which are different clients across the Bradford area. The support provided will be reactive, based on the tickets that come in, and then subsequently proactive in order to try and minimise repeat issues with the same root cause. It will be a mix of remote/troubleshooting support and deskside/onsite support, you would do your best to resolve any tickets that come through, but you do have an escalation point if needed.
