Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor. The ideal candidate needs experience on planned and cyclical maintenance and worked within social housing however this is not essential.
As a Senior surveyor, you will be required to manage a small team and be competent in taking on all aspects of planned maintenance.
The ideal candidate will be expected to have experience in:
• Planned Maintenance
• Staff Management
• Ability to manage and complete high valued projects from start to finish
• Ability to prepare schedules and prioritise work loads
• Carrying out pre & post inspections to ensure works meet contract standards
You will be responsible for managing your own workload and holding a substantial influence within the Property Services team. This is a great opportunity to develop your experience and share your skills.
