We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ealing. This is an exciting opportunity to support teaching and learning while making a meaningful impact on pupils' progress and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff

Cover whole classes in the absence of the teacher, across various year groups

*

Provide targeted interventions and support to pupils with additional needs

*

Support assessment, record keeping, and progress tracking

*

Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

*

HLTA status or equivalent qualification (or willingness to work towards it)

*

Experience working in a primary school setting

*

Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum

*

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

*

A patient, proactive, and flexible approach to learning support

*

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
