Production Operative

Working within a busy production department, at your own workstation, you will be handling photos, checking the quality of the printed products and placing into frames ready for dispatch to customers. This role is suited for candidates who are looking for a 12-week assignment and willing to undertake overtime when requested. A basic use of IT is required for using the internal bespoke software system.

Start: July 2025

Duration: 12 weeks

Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge

Hours: 7am - 4pm Monday - Thursday, 7am - 1pm Friday

Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour

Duties:

· Receive and printing of photos, using the bespoke company software

· Checking the overall quality of photos before dispatch

· Placing the photographs into backing frames ready for dispatch

· Housekeeping duties including keeping the work station clean and tidy

· Work towards team targets on a daily basis

What we need from you:

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to problem solve should errors in quality be detected

· Good manual dexterity for handling the photos

· Basic IT skills for using internal software

· Target driven and able to work under pressure during peak periods

PLEASE NOTE: You MUST have good communication skills, both written and verbal in English to be compliant with health and safety. This role does require you to be on your feet for the duration of your shift.
