Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in small works and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget? We're working with a respected Main Contractor seeking a Site Supervisor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

As Site Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day site operations on a variety of small works projects across sectors such as commercial, retail, education, and light industrial. You'll be the on-site lead ensuring health & safety compliance, coordinating trades, and reporting progress back to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and to spec

*

Maintain strong health & safety standards on site

*

Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour

*

Liaise with clients and senior management

*

Keep accurate site records, diaries, and progress reports

Requirements:

*

Proven experience supervising construction projects (ideally small works)

*

SMSTS or SSSTS qualified

*

First Aid at Work

*

Strong communication and leadership skills

*

A hands-on approach and eye for detail
