🏘️ About Us:

We are an established and ambitious new build residential developer, focused on delivering high-quality, energy-efficient homes across South Yorkshire. With a strong pipeline of upcoming sites and a reputation for excellence, we're seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to strengthen our team.

🔧 Role Responsibilities:

*

Manage the commercial aspects of multiple new build housing developments

*

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

*

Conduct cost analysis and manage project budgets

*

Negotiate contracts and pricing with subcontractors and suppliers

*

Administer and manage JCT and NEC contracts

*

Monitor project progress and prepare regular cost/value reports

*

Work closely with project managers, site teams, and the senior leadership

✅ Requirements:

*

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential construction

*

Proven track record working with JCT and NEC forms of contract

*

Strong negotiation and communication skills

*

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (or equivalent experience)

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as required
