Flexible Early Years Practitioner (Qualified & Unqualified) – Hertfordshire

We are looking for flexible Early Years Practitioners to work across nurseries in St Albans, Berkhamsted & Watford, supporting children aged 0–5 years. This role is perfect if you are looking for flexible shifts, a variety of settings, and competitive pay.

About the Role:

• Support children aged 0–5 in nursery settings
• Assist with daily routines, play, learning activities, and care
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
• Work alongside nursery teams to meet EYFS standards

Pay & Hours:

• £12.71–£16.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
• Flexible hours – ideal for part-time, evenings, or additional work

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months’ nursery experience in the UK
• Experience working with children aged 0–5 years
• Open to qualified (Level 2/Level 3) and unqualified candidates
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced on Update DBS (or willingness to apply)
