This permanent role offers a salary of £26-26,500 per annum, with potential hybrid working after the probationary period, and an immediate start available. Key Responsibilities as Administrator:

As an Administrator, you will be an integral part of a team of three, reporting to the Export & Logistics Manager within the Supply Chain department. Your main duties will include:

Coordinating Import and Export Logistics: Ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods including the completion of export documentation - all training will be provided.
Managing Transport Bookings: Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and brokers to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records for shipments, including invoices, customs declarations, and compliance documents - full training will be provided on export paperwork.
Metrics Monitoring: Track and report on key logistics metrics, identifying challenges and implementing efficiency improvements.
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:

At least 2 years experience in an Administrator role ideally within a manufacturing or logistics environment
Any knowledge within supply chain, procurement, logistics, shipping, or international trade would be advantageous but not essential.
Strong Excel skills with good numeracy skills in order to produce reports 
Willingness to complete training in International Trade, and import/export procedures.
