Dual Registered Manager for x 2 Children's Homes Enfield EN1 and Hoddesdon EN10
We are currently recruiting for the position of Dual Registered Manager for 2 Solo Unit homes 1 x Hoddesdon 1 x Enfield
Salary: £55000 - £65000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience(negotiable)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
The successful candidate will also be expected to provide remote on-call support for staff, offering emotional support and guidance as needed.
Qualifications required for Dual Registered Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People's Management)
- Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People
- Must be able to evidence reg 44 and Ofsted inspections
- Must drive and hold a UK Driving Licence
Key Skills / Experience of Registered Manager
- Managerial role within a Children's Residential setting: 2 years (Required)
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working with young people in Residential Care and at least 1 years of experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in Children homes
- Candidate must have previous experience in a role requiring supervision and management of care staff.
- Be able to demonstrate auditing, managing budgets and monitoring skills
- Can evidence knowledge of Reg 44 and Reg 45 reporting.
- Can demonstrate how to develop a staff team to ensure they have clear vision and goals.
- Has a good working knowledge of Children’s homes regulations and the Social care common inspection framework
- Has strong values and beliefs
- Has integrity and good character
- Can evidence experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams
