What You'll Be Doing
* Selling new and used vehicles while consistently achieving (and exceeding) targets
* Delivering an outstanding customer experience from enquiry to handover
* Building strong, lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
* Managing your own customer database and keeping accurate records
* Handling enquiries confidently — both in person and digitally
* Resolving queries professionally and efficiently
* Developing in-depth product knowledge to confidently present vehicles and features
What We're Looking For
* Previous motor trade sales experience is essential
* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
* Highly motivated and competitive mindset
* Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
* Full UK Driving Licence
