Maintenance Engineer - Established Ambient Food Processor - Daventry
Salary: £49,000 + Benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:30

An established and respected ambient food manufacturer in Daventry is looking to add a Maintenance Engineer to its engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable business, working regular weekday hours with no nights or shifts.

The Role

- As part of a skilled engineering team, you will be responsible for:

- Carrying out planned maintenance (PMs) on a wide range of factory machinery

- Responding to breakdowns and providing effective, timely repairs

- Electrical and/or mechanical fault finding

- Delivering minor improvement and optimisation projects

- Supporting production to ensure equipment uptime and reliability

- Maintaining safe working practices and accurate maintenance records

About You

- We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a relevant engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical)

- Has experience in a food, FMCG, or similar fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Is confident fault finding and working across a variety of processing and packing equipment

- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team

- Is proactive, reliable, and safety-conscious

Daventry, Northampton, Rugby, Coventry, Banbury, Towcester, Southam, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Market Harborough, Kettering, Milton Keynes, Brackley, Wellingborough, and surrounding areas.
