Reed Finance are supporting our client to appoint a Financial Accountant. This role is a key role to support the Financial Controller with key areas consolidation, intercompany accounting, and statutory reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead consolidation and intercompany reporting across multiple entities.
- Coordinate financial data submissions across operations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support and train accounting staff on operational and overhead accounting processes.
- Compile supplementary financial reports.
- Review and provide oversight of financial processes including bank accounts, fixed assets, rentals, and other balance sheet areas.
- Manage the end-to-end process for annual statutory accounts and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with IFRS and are recorded accurately and on time.
- Identify financial risks or issues and escalate or resolve them appropriately.

Knowledge & Technical Experience
- In-depth knowledge of financial accounting reporting standards
- Experience with financial systems such as ERP and reporting/consolidation tools
- Understanding of statutory reporting requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
