Job Title: Area Sales Manager - North
Location: Northern England (Field Based)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 basic salary + bonus/commission (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our growing team, covering the Northern region. The role will focus on developing and managing relationships with window and door showrooms, installers, and trade partners, driving sales growth and expanding our presence across the region.

This is a field-based role suited to a sales professional with strong experience in the window, door, glazing, or fenestration industry, who understands the trade environment and has existing industry knowledge.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while also managing and growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing showroom and trade customers across the Northern region

*

Identify and secure new B2B opportunities within the window and door sector

*

Develop strong relationships with showroom owners, installers and trade partners

*

Present and promote the company's product range to customers

*

Provide product training and support to showroom teams where required

*

Deliver sales growth against agreed targets and KPIs

*

Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs

*

Report on sales performance and pipeline activity to senior management

Requirements

*

Proven sales experience within the window, door, glazing or fenestration industry

*

Experience selling into showrooms, trade customers or installers

*

Strong relationship-building and account management skills

*

Proven ability to win new business and grow existing accounts

*

Self-motivated with the ability to manage a regional territory

*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

*

Full UK driving licence
