We are seeking Waking Nights Officers to support our Children's Residential Homes in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children and young people living with disabilities and complex needs.
�? Key Responsibilities:Provide a warm, caring, and enabling environment under the guidance of the Registered Manager.
Monitor children discretely at regular intervals during the night.
Maintain safety and security throughout the home.
Liaise with external agencies such as Police or Social Care when required.
Carry out general housekeeping tasks (laundry, cleaning, filing).
Complete clerical duties and documentation for children’s files.
Follow individual shift plans and work independently alongside sleeping-in staff.
Be prepared to cover for colleagues during leave or training.
??? Who We're Looking For:Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented individuals.
Strong communication and basic IT skills.
Willingness to undertake training and achieve QCF Level 3 within two years.
Able to implement Therapeutic Crisis Intervention strategies.
