We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, independent Property Law firm with a strong national presence. Unlike many high-volume firms, their work is sourced independently — meaning no reliance on third-party introducers and no unpredictable instruction pipelines. The result? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy but well-supported Residential Conveyancing team where you’ll manage your own caseload with the assistance of a dedicated Legal Assistant and post-completions team.

Salary & Bonus Structure for Remote Residential Conveyancer

• £40,000 basic salary
• Uncapped performance bonus:
• 5% on billing over £25,000
• 10% on billing over £30,000
• Client referral bonus:
• £50 per completed returning/referral client
• 25% of billing over £1,300 (post-probation)

Your hard work directly impacts your earnings — with no cap.

The Remote Residential Conveyancer role

You’ll manage a caseload of 70+ live residential conveyancing files, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Unregistered titles
• New build properties (training available if needed)

Duties for Remote Residential Conveyancer:

• Supervise and delegate effectively to your assigned Legal Assistant
• Maintain high standards of client care and compliance
• Liaise confidently with clients, lenders, estate agents, and third parties
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated post-completions team (who handle SDLT and registrations)
• Thrive in a volume-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and service quality

Requirements for Remote Residential Conveyancer:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 3 years’ Residential Conveyancing experience
• Is confident managing a high-volume caseload independently
• Enjoys supervising and mentoring support staff
• Is self-motivated and highly organised
• Works well in a fully remote environment
• Communicates clearly and proactively

Professional qualifications (CILEX, CLC, SRA) are advantageous but not essential — experience and capability matter most.
