The role:

• Managing mortgage cases from application through to completion
• Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and third parties
• Supporting advisers with case progression and documentation
• Keeping clients informed and delivering a smooth experience

What they’re looking for:

• Experience as a Mortgage Administrator (or similar)
• Confident managing cases and dealing with stakeholders
• Familiar with systems like Trigold (or equivalent)
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Someone who wants to progress, not just maintain
