Toolroom Team Leader

Orion are working with a heavy industrial manufacturing company who are looking for an experienced, Toolroom Leader to join the team.

Toolroom Leader Salary: £40,354.20

Toolroom Team Leader Responsibilities:

Leading a team of 3x Tool Makers
Maintaining CNC & die casting machinery - Or similar industrial equipment
Supporting production
Continuous improvement in tooling
Maintenance and production of fixtures
Fault finding in compact machinery and spaces
Working into senior management to help with the running of the tool room 

Toolroom Team Leader Required Experience:

Manual Turning, Milling, Grinding, Bench Fitting
Stripping/Assembling of dies and trimtools
Maintenance of CNC and die casting machinery or similar equipment
Previous experience working in a tool room environment
Experience leading a team
Strong communication skills required
Problem solving
Open to industries similar - plastic injection moulding etc.. 

Toolroom Team Leader Qualifications:

Apprentice trained ideally or time served
Tool making - manual machining skillset/background
Proven experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment  

Toolroom Team Leader Package:

Competitive Salary £40,354.20
26 days holiday Bank Holidays
PM Shift allowance 16% (£2,640 per annum)
Attendance Allowance £1000 per year
Death in service
Pension contribution 

Toolroom Team Leader Shifts:

Double Day Shift: 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm
