The Role - 1:1 Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Enfield from September 2025. This is a full-time, term-time only position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm.

As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with a Year 3 pupil who requires additional support with their learning and social development. You will follow tailored strategies, liaise with the class teacher and SENCo, and play a vital role in ensuring the pupil makes consistent progress both academically and emotionally.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), excellent communication skills, and a proactive, nurturing approach.
