I’m currently working with a well-regarded national conveyancing practice seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its fully remote team. In this role, you’ll independently manage a caseload of residential property files, covering a broad mix of transactions including:
- Freehold
- Leasehold
- New Build
- Unregistered
- Shared Ownership Matters

The Role
You will manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, working autonomously while remaining part of a supportive and collaborative remote team. As your performance develops, there may also be opportunities to expand your caseload and responsibilities.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good financial awareness when handling transactional matters
Desirable
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
- Familiarity with VisualFiles and practice manager systems
