2nd Line Support Engineer (Service Desk) - Bristol
£23000-£27000 + Full Benefits + Further Training.
Leading Consultancy are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join an existing team who support our clients staff across the 30+ offices in the UK. They are the market leader in their field and deliver projects across the Engineering and Environmental sector. Established over 70 years ago, they are very well known in their field and continue to grow as a business thus offering excellent career prospects.
To apply the 2nd Line Support Engineer will need to have extensive experience in supporting colleagues from a technical perspective whether by phone, email or remote access and have a strong technical understanding in Windows, Microsoft Applications and ideally networking/servers. You will be in a hybrid position going into the Bristol office twice a week.
Additional work for the 2nd Line Support Engineer will include:
- Configuring laptops, desktops and smartphones/tablets.
- Trouble shooting software and hardware issues through the ticketing system including using remote access software (normally TeamViewer).
- Installing technical upgrades (software, software licensing and hardware) across users in the business and assisting in company wide IT project work.
