We are looking for Deputy Manager for a temp to perm position in Chingford area, to start in immediately.

Hours: Shift work- candidate needs to be available to work early or late shifts covering the duties, weekend work may also be required

Rate: £21.53/h PAYE

Successful candidate will work in a care home for older people living with dementia.

The main purpose of the role:

* Working alongside the manager providing support

* Creating rotas for staff

* Dealing with staff absence, sorting out covers etc

Experience / Requirements:

* Previous experience working in a care home setting

* Care qualification, such as NVQ Level 4, QCF, or equivalent

* Full knowledge of Care Quality Commission

* Excellent leadership skills

* Enhanced DBS
