Our client, a reputable international manufacturer, is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team for maintenance and projects.

The Role

* Leading engineering teams for maintenance & projects

* Responsible for continuous improvement

* Responsible for overseeing health & safety

* Managing engineering team 30 direct reports, including Maintenance Engineers and other relevant staff.

* Responsibility for annual Capex budgets of £2m.

* Adhering compliance to ISO1401.

The Successful Individual:

* Will have a background in 24/7 operational manufacturing / production plant or site

* Will have experience managing projects with capex budgets around and above £2m

* Will hold relevant engineering & health & safety qualifications

* Advantageous to have experience with Agility CMMS.

* Will have experience managing teams of 15-30 engineers

* Will have experience with continuous improvement and projects
