Stakeholder Support Executive

Location: Camberley
Salary: £30,000 + £1,400 annual bonus
Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday (fully office-based)

As they continue to scale operations, they're looking to bring in a highly capable individual to support both internal teams and key external clients.

The role

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident dealing with senior stakeholders and strong personalities, both internally and externally. You'll be part of a close-knit operations team responsible for managing client orders, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring service standards remain high. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a calm and professional approach under pressure with good attention to detail when managing data and processes.

Key responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong working relationships with national accounts and internal departments.

* Manage day-to-day client communication, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism at all times.

* Confidently handle challenging queries and strong personalities, providing effective and timely solutions.

* Process and fulfil client orders accurately, in line with SLA requirements, using SAP.

* Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and recorded correctly.

* Maintain up-to-date client information and ensure all documentation is audit-ready.

* Support account managers and sales teams with operational updates and order status reports.

* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
