About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join our night shift team in Cardiff. This hands-on role involves applying high-quality finishes to automotive parts and components while maintaining health, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use spray guns to apply paint to automotive parts and components
• Mix and prepare paints to required specifications
• Ensure a high-quality finish in line with company standards
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a paint sprayer (automotive industry experience desirable)
• Ability to mix and apply paints accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
