Are you an experienced Property Lawyer looking to join a supportive, high-performing Conveyancing team? We’re seeking a confident, motivated professional to manage a busy caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

The Role
As a Property Lawyer, you will manage a caseload of up to 100 files, covering a wide range of residential conveyancing matters. Your work will include:
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, equity release and transfer of equity matters (freehold, leasehold, and commonhold)
- Drafting reports, raising and responding to enquiries, investigating titles, conducting searches, and preparing completion documents
- Managing all steps of the transaction through to completion
- Processing mortgage applications and requesting funds
- Preparing completion statements and dealing with post-completion matters (SDLT, HMLR, HMRC)
- Overseeing and delegating tasks to a Paralegal and Legal Assistant
- Managing incoming post, correspondence, and client communications
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard using the firm’s case management system
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Essential
- A Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or equivalent
- Experienced in managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
- Confident in dealing with clients, brokers, introducers, and third parties
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and make sound decisions
- An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision and delegating tasks appropriately
Desirable
- Experience using Proclaim case management software
- A Law Degree or equivalent
