A leading national housebuilder is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join their successful team in Lancaster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in estate agency or sales who is looking to step into a rewarding role within the new homes sector.

About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of the development, guiding customers through the home-buying journey from initial enquiry to completion. You'll be working in a beautiful show home environment, helping buyers find their perfect property while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and engage prospective buyers, understanding their needs and requirements

* Provide detailed information on properties, specifications, and the buying process

* Conduct viewings and showcase show homes to a high standard

* Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to reservation

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress

* Work closely with internal teams, including site and head office staff

* Ensure the sales area and show homes are always presented to an exceptional standard

* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

About You

* Previous experience in estate agency, new homes, or a sales-driven environment

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic

* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

* Professional, well-presented, and reliable

* Flexible to work weekends (Thursday-Monday schedule)
