Elevation Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a business based close to Bradford, in the recruitment of an Personal Assistant.
Duties of the Personal Assistant will include, but not be limited to:
* Complex diary management
* Strong stakeholder management
* In-depth travel planning, both domestic and international
* Meeting preparation and minute taking
* General office support - purchase orders, processing invoices
* Confidently making decisions, and challenging requests where necessary
* Identifying risks or conflicts and developing solutions
* Inbox management
* Wider business overview and understanding
Elevation would like to hear from Personal Assistant candidates who have the following experience and skillset:
* Proven experience supporting senior leaders at executive level
* Experience with complex diary and travel organisation
* Outstanding communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and take the lead
* "Can-do" approach
* Natural proactive style, who approaches work with an energetic style
* Intermediate to advanced IT skills
* Minute taking and document management
