The Human Resources Coordinator will report to the HR Manager and work closely with our Employee Relations Manager and HR Operations Supervisor. This role will provide support within the HR department and to the local and remote offices in the field. AMC Human Resources is looking for an individual to take ownership of this role by developing the position to meet the ever-changing needs of the company. Ideally the perfect candidate will possess strong ownership and impeccable attention to detail. Primary Job Duties: · Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team · Complete various audits of HR data to ensure compliance · Process new-hire paperwork, including running background checks, requesting drug testing forms, completing I9’s, and W4’s · Serve as a point of contact for remote and local personnel · Develop and maintain reporting of HR metrics · Assisting the Employee Relations Manager with employee counseling · Completing employment and unemployment verification’s · Conduct Exit Interviews Desired Skills and Experience: · A minimum of one-year experience working in a Human Resources Role · Accuracy and strong attention to detail · Strong communication skills; both written and verbal · Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in order to improve processes and problem solve · Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work and information are crucial for this role · Ability to successfully deal with diverse personality types and adapt to organizational changes · Proven experience with Microsoft Office programs such as: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint · Impeccable work ethic with ability to maintain confidentiality If you are looking for an exciting employment opportunity, AMC is the employer for you.
