Salary: £60000 - £70000/annum 1 day wfh + 7% pension contribution

Our client is a £15 million turnover manufacturing business based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, now looking to appoint a Financial Controller on a permanent basis. This is a pre-existing role that will report into the Finance Director and support the wider finance function.
The business specialises in manufacturing bespoke components with strong ties to the automotive industry, working with several well-known local clients. Following the introduction of some exciting new projects, the company is targeting £30 million turnover by 2027.
This role will predominantly take responsibility for the day-to-day operations within Finance, as well as holding responsibility for business partnering activities with sales, production, and operations.

Duties and responsibilities to include:

Full production of a consolidated Management Accounts pack, including balance sheet reconciliations, KPI analysis, and commentary.

Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes.
*
Coordinating cash management, including cash flow, forecasting, and banking processes.
*
Monitoring and managing Foreign Exchange requirements.
*
Developing and sustaining high-level, productive relationships across the organisation and with key external advisors (legal, tax, audit).
*
Driving continuous improvement of financial processes to enhance accuracy and timeliness of information delivery.
*
Providing strategic recommendations based on external business factors.
*
Monitoring and analysing external trends to inform board-level decision-making.
Person Specification:
*
Qualified Accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMA
*
Previous manufacturing experience
