Key Responsibilities:

Manage the 180 / 360 recruitment process from client acquisition to candidate placement

Build and grow your own desk across engineering, manufacturing, or commercial recruitment

*

Write compelling job adverts, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage offers

*

Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates

*

Hit and exceed personal and team targets with the support of a high-energy team

What We're Looking For:

A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

Ability to build rapport quickly - with clients and candidates

*

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job

Previous experience in recruitment or B2B sales is a plus, but not essential
