Our client is an exciting and innovative technology company in the Health and Social care sector helping Care providers improve their services and ultimately providing their customers a better quality of care.  They are seeking Senior Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee operations in order to improve performance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee operations

  • The specific duties include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring resources and securing compliance.

  • Should be capable to mentor employees, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

  • Assist Delphi to remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.

  • Implement & improve Operational Management systems, processes and best practices.

  • Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements

  • Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis

  • Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant

  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability

  • Manage budgets and forecasts

  • Oversee the Recruitment, training and supervision of employees

  • Find ways to increase quality of customer service

  • Plans, manage, and implements schedules to ensure deadlines are met, and maintains a high-quality standard of services

  • Confirms that Health and Safety regulations are followed

  • Provides guidance to employees

 

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role for at least 5 years

  • Proven Skills and experience in IT and social media

  • Intellectual Property Knowledge

  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting

  • Familiarity with business and financial principles

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Leadership ability

  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment; Strong Problem-Solving Skills; Strong Attention to Detail; Ability to Engage and Motivate Others; Drive to Achieve Results

  • Outstanding organisational skills

  • University Degree, preferable master degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
