Job Title: Mobile Multi Trade Operative - Carpentry Focus (Social Housing Maintenance, North West London)

Location: North West London (Ladbroke Grove & surrounding areas)
Pay Rate: Competitive salary + Company van + Fuel card + Uniform

We are currently recruiting 4 Mobile Multi Trade Operatives with a strong carpentry bias for long-term social housing maintenance contracts in North West London, with potential for permanent roles.

Ideal applicants will have experience as:
✔️ Carpentry Operative
✔️ Multi Skilled Operative with Carpentry focus
✔️ Property Maintenance Technician
✔️ Social Housing Repairs Operative

What We Offer:

Long-term contracts with temp to perm potential

Company van, fuel card, and uniform provided

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (30-minute break)

Work within occupied and void social housing properties

Key Responsibilities:

Carpentry-focused repairs including:

Sash window overhauls and repairs

Fitting and adjusting kitchen units and new worktops

Door repairs and installations

General woodwork repairs and joinery

Tiling work (walls and floors) related to kitchens and bathrooms

Fencing repairs and installations

Light plumbing tasks to support carpentry jobs

General maintenance including plaster patching and mould treatment

Using PDA devices for job tracking and documentation

Providing excellent tenant-focused customer service

Please note: Decorator skills are not required for this role.

What We're Looking For:

Strong carpentry experience with multi-trade skills

Experience working in social housing maintenance preferred

Comfortable managing jobs via PDA and working independently

Full UK Driving Licence and clean DBS / criminal record check

Excellent communication skills with tenants and team
