The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the internal customer care team, providing information to customers via telephone, technical administration and data cleansing.
Working window is 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, Sat is 8am-4pm and Sunday 10am-4pm. Shifts are given 1 month is advance and swaps can take place if needed. The team work on annualised hours so an average of 37 hours per week but this can differ each week.
