Work on the UK's flagship Carbon Capture Project (BP Net Zero Teesside)
Are you a CAD Designer with E3D expertise and a knack for bringing structural steel and reinforced concrete designs to life? We're looking for 6 talented designers to join the Civil & Structural Engineering discipline in Manchester, working on the BP NZT carbon capture project - one of the UK's most ambitious net zero initiatives.
What You'll Do

Deliver AVEVA E3D & CAD design outputs, from 3D models to detailed drawings and sketches.
Design for structural steel, reinforced concrete, drainage, ducting, foundations, and temporary/permanent works.
Work closely with BIM teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are clear, compliant, and buildable.
Support and mentor junior team members while driving process improvements within the CAD function.
Collaborate across disciplines and attend site visits, design reviews, and client meetings when required.What We're Looking For

Strong E3D experience (essential).
Proven background in civil & structural design - steelwork and RC detailing.
Knowledge of UK standards, codes, and design best practice.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and working in a Common Data Environment (ProjectWise).
Excellent communicator - able to work both independently and as part of a wider team.Desirable Extras

Multi-sector experience (Water, Nuclear, O&G, Energy, Highways, Rail, Green Energy).
EngTech or IEng ICE professional qualification.

Location: Manchester office, hybrid (3 office / 2 home).
Rate: Up to £43ph (Inside or Outside IR35).
Project: BP Net Zero Teesside (carbon capture).
