At Nurseplus, we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Norwich branch, focusing on business development and 360 recruitment within the healthcare sector.

The Role

This is a 360 recruitment role, where you will be responsible for both winning new business and recruiting candidates. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong client relationships, and develop a pipeline of high-quality healthcare staff.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and win new clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Source, screen, and interview candidates

Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement

Build and maintain a pipeline of healthcare candidates

Fill client bookings and vacancies

Work towards and exceed sales and recruitment targets

Ensure compliance with company and healthcare recruitment standards

About You

Experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven environment

Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

Motivated, resilient, and results-driven

Strong organisational and time management skills

Commercially aware and driven to succeed

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
